| Anticipated Project Results
The anticipated impact of the Project is people from Ethiopia benefiting from strengthened capacities among government institutions to apply and promote ethical governance and support gender responsive democratic practices.
The anticipated long-term outcomes of the Project are: i) an increasingly reliable, accountable, and transparent ethical civil service bound by a Code of Ethics; and ii) improved design and delivery of essential gender responsive public services and regulations by national, regional and local levels of government.
The anticipated short-term outcomes of the Project are: i) increased transparency and accountability of student body, teachers and staff of ECSC; ii) ECSC trainers with strengthened capabilities to provide ongoing gender sensitive, values and outcome-based ethics training to the civil service and other communities; iii) Ethiopian Diaspora with increased awareness of good ethical practices and supporting these through ongoing dialogue; and iv) increased awareness of ethical issues and outcome-based practices to promote good governance among Canadian senior professionals, youth and targeted Canadian public.
